A sand castle fort awashed by the morning sun....waves crashing on the shore, hovering gulls and small boats dotting the blue sea just another day at Tranquebar , as the Danish called Tarangambadi ( singing waves) in the 17th century.With its cobbled streets , Luthern churches and grand bungalows and the Fort by the beach , a stopover here seems like eternity.
