In this offshore fishing activity, on the

required to reach the Dona Paula jetty early morning. Here we go by the thumb
rule –the deeper the water, the bigger the fish. For the 160260 feet deep
water, you are equipped with a GPS, fish finder; depth sounder and a compass
helping you cover lots of ground to locate fish. Once located, fishing is done
at steady trolling speed. Once you get your catch, you can sit back and wait in
pleasurable anticipation of your delicious freshly cooked lunch.
THE SUNSET CRUISE
The leisurely evening cruise along the
serene Mandovi River promises to leave you with memories of a wonderful time –
as you witness the spectacular sunset on the riverfront and sail past lovely
old colonial buildings and the tree lined Promenade, taking you back to a time
when happiness was all about the simple pleasures in life! Relax on board, be
treated to special local music and dance performances and enjoy a selection of
canapés as well as plenty to sip on. The Mondovi Bridge offers panoramic views
from the helm and is an unmatched vantage point for enjoying the magnificent
sights along the Goa coastline.
PICKLES AND DANCES
On this tour we take you on an interior
village drive to the 13th century capital of the Kadambas at Old Goa
or Goa Velha, a UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE. Here you visit the pickles and
masala factory – a cottage industry that has kept alive nearly forgotten old
traditional family recipes, so that this generation and the next can still
savour these mouthwatering flavours. Later, we travel to St Anne Church – a
beautiful blend of colonial Portuguese Baroque architecture. Travel around the
outskirts of Old Goa. Later enjoy a dinner hosted by a family in the village and
watch a lovely cultural dance performance in the courtyard of the house. Should
you wish to participate, put on the costumes provided by your hosts and join
the dancers!
RAIL, RICK AND RELIC
Explore Goa’s past with Portuguese history.
This tour allows you to explore Goa’s past with Portuguese history. Drive to
Margao and explore the colourful city market where you can either buy souvenirs
or just click pictres! Get on Margao Ra tuk tuk (auto rickshaw) and proceed
toward Margao Railway station from where you board a local train to
Sanvordem.The ever smiling and laid back locals make you feel instantly welcome
and comfortable. Later, a hospitable host awaits you in Quepem to guide you
through his lovely ancestral home, The Palacio do Deao , a Indo Portuguese
architecture, sits elegantly on the banks of the beautiful Kushavati River and
is fringed by lush gardens. Your tour will be followed by a delicious family
cooked lunch at the house itself.
