CHINA JILIN PROVINCE - SCENIC ZONE

QINGLING SCENIC ZONE

Sprawling in the middle and upper reaches of Songhua Lake in eastern Jiaohe city,the scenic Zone embraces Qingling Waterfall, Terraced Waterfall, Ci’sen Temple, Bao’en Temple and a forest f Betula ermanii. In autumn, tourists can view the red leaves carpeting in the Changbai Mountain, fish by ponds and taste the local delicacy of life fish.

SOUTHERN SLOPE SCENIC ZONE OF CHANGBAI MUSEUM

An unexploited virgin and in the territory of Changbai County,the southern slop of Changbai Mountain features peculiar natural landscapes and well preserved vegetation.

SONGHUA LAKE SCENIC ZONE

Songhua Lake, about 14 kilometres from urban districts of Jilin , is a state class scenic zone.Tourists can visit the Fengman Hydropower Station, constructed in 1937;taste the genuine Songhua Lake Fish Banquet and take a pleasure boat for sightseeing at its 9 scenic attractions: 5 Tiger Islands, Sleeping Dragon Pool,Dancing Phoenix Pond, Rock Dragon Cliff ,Ocean Wave Hill, Twin Peak Ridge Camel Peak, Green Mountain and North Heavenly Gate.

BEISHAN PARK SCENIC ZONE

Beishan Park , a picturesque temple based garden in urban district of Jilin city, integrates Buddhism, Taoism, Confucianism and folk cultures and encompasses temples , pavilions , towers  and diverse cultural landscapes. Here are the Beishan Temple of Guan Yu, which is the oldest, largest and best preserved of its kind in Northeastern China an artificial waterfall the Beishan ,the Beishan Folk Custom temple Fair, Beishan Lotus Culture Exhibition Hall, Moon Culture Exhibition Hall, Birds Paradise and a skiing resort.

YEHE TOURIST AND SCENIC ZONE

Located in the Yehe Manchu Town in Lishu County southeast of Siping City, about 30 kilometers from the city proper of Siping, the scenic zone is part of the Great Black Range of Changbai Mountain. 

Surrounded by peaks and exuberant forests of pines and cypresses, Yehe Nala Town, reconstructed according to historical documents, represents the ethnic and cultural traits as well as the past glory of this place. One of the cradles of the Manchu ethnic group and well known for being the hometown of empresses of 2 generations ,Yehe Nala attracts visitors with its historical interest and ethnic culture.
