there are 3 bedroom condominium. (MASTER BEDROOM , MIDDLE ROOM AND SMALL ROOM) WITH 2 TOILETS.
Fully furnished with bedroom set , cupboard, fan , air cooler and blanket.
Facilities are 24 hour security guard, swimming poo, jogging park and gym .
Check in time : 12pm to 3pm ( Kindly make sure your arrival time, we are strict on check in time)
Check out time : anytime ( flexible)
we accept minimum stay 5 nights , with pricing RM 990 include water , electricity, all facilities as mentioned above and cleaning fees.Maximum person to stay is 8 pax. We only provide 2 set of double bed , one set of twin sharing and 6 blankets with 6 pillows.
WITH ONLY RM200 PER NIGHT ,YOU CAN ENJOY 1000 SQUARE FEET CONDOMINIUM IN KUALA LUMPUR.
REMARKS:
** in order to achieve sustainable tourism goal , we provide air cooler in our condominium , NOT air conditioner.please do not worry about the heat.You always feel cooling at Charisma Home .

Location is 15 minutes from PWTC city center , 10 minutes from Batu Caves.
there are KTM sentul, LRT sentul , LRT sentul timur and MONORAIL CHOW KIT , distance are 10 minutes driving distance from our condominium.
There are a shuttle bus only RM1.80 to reach MONORAIL CHOW KIT within 10 minutes.
( bus come every 30 minutes)
here , we do not accept stay period less than 5 days , smoking people and travel with pets.
if you are interested to stay , welcome to make reservation with us. Travel agent with register with us can get 10 % . discount .
