( END OF FEBRUARY -BEGINNING OF MARCH)
Held annually during February to March , the festival features seafood fair, sports competition and various cultural performances.
2. RAYONG FRUIT FAIR ( MAY -JUNE)
The fair is held are Tapong Fruit Market , Amphoe Mueang , the Fair promotes local fruits and other products with colourful fruit ded floats , fruit contest and agricultural exhibitions.
3. SUNTHON PHU DAY ( 26 JUNE)
The birthday of Sunthon Phu who is Thailand 's most famous and internationally recognised poet in the early Rattanakosin period. Activities include a procession featuring Sunthorn Phu's literary works and poetry and painting competition.
4. CHANGING THE ROBE FOR PHRA CHEDI KLANG NAM
( THE FULL MOON PERIOD OF THE 12TH LUNAR MONTH)
Held at Wat Pak Nam , Amphoe Mueang , the fair coincides with the Loi Krathong Festival and features changing the robe that is wrapping around the Chedi, religious rites, long boat races and other entertainment.
