1. AMPHOE BO RAI
This district used to be the major source of Siamese rubies and today a few gem markets can still be seen. There are also many beautiful waterfalls, particularly Namtok Khlong Kaeo and Sakatdai.
2. COMMUNITY OF 2 RELIGIONS, TAMBON NAM CHAIO, AMPHOE LAEM NGOP
Illustrating the cooperation of the Buddhist and Islamic who reside peacefully together, this community is endowed with a great combination of arts and culture of the 2 religions . Apart from visiting the important religions sites, visitors can observe the making of Ngop which is a local product which is a hat made of Chak ( nipa palm ) leaf.
3.NAMTOK KHLONG KAEO NATIONAL PARK
The National Park's seven tier waterfall is situated at 8kms at Amphoe Bo Rai. Here, visitors will be amazed by a rare kind of orchid called Lueang Chan Orchid.
4. KO CHANG NAVAL BATTLE MEMORIAL
Situated at Amphoe Laem Ngop, 17 kms from Trat town . The memorial commemorates a Franco - Thai naval engagement on 17 January 1941. There is also a Statue of Kromluang Chumphon, the " Father of the Royal Thai Navy" and a warship shaped museum with exhibits of the battle.
5. AO TAN KHU
Located 12 kms from Laep Ngop , Ao Tan Khu is a bay with a fine sandy beach.
6. BAN HAT LEK
This border village in Amphoe Khlong Yai has become a channel for Thai Cambodian trading. There is an immigration checkpoint at the border.
