The chapel of Nossa Senhora da Piedade or Monte was built by the Lacaide de Obidos in the 14th century . The ogive shaped portal , of simple treatment, it is acceded by a galilee supported by Tuscan columns. It was restored and modified in 1613. the encased blue and white tiles are from the 17th century and the terrace and staircase from the 19th century.
