1. LIOUHE TOURIST NIGHT MARKET
You cannot say you are visited Kaohsiung unless you have been to the Liouhe Tourist Night Market ! With its myriads of food and game stands , Liouhe Night Market was awarded the " Most Glamorous Night Market " , prize was awarded the " Most Glamorous Night Market " prize in the 2010 night market selection. Many foreign tourists visit this night market, making Liouhe 2nd Road look like an alternative version of the United Nation.
* Location : Liouhe 2nd Road ( between Jhongshan 1st Road and Zihli 2nd Road ), Sinsing District, Kaohsiung City
* Time : 1800- 0100
* Take the Kaohsiung MRT Red Line or Orange Line to Formosa Boulevard Station (R10/05).
Leave the station Exit 11 and go north to Liouhe 2nd Road
2. RUEIFONG NIGHT MARKET
While for most past Liouhe Night Market belongs to tourists, Rueifong Night Market belongs to Kaohsiung locals. In recent years, Rueifong's popularity has caught up with the well known Liouhe Night market, Many foods and drinks here have been reported in newspaper , magazines and even on TV programs. Don't know what to eat ?
* At the block of Yucheng Road and Namping Road, Zuoying District , Kaohsiung City
* 1830 -0100 ( Tuesday to Sunday) , closed on monday
* Take the kaohsiung MRT Red Line to Kaohsiung Arena ( Sanmin Household & Commercial High School) Station. leave the station from Exit 1 and walk straight for about 5 minutes. )
3. FONGSHAN CINGNIAN NIGHT MARKET
Cingnian Night Market is the biggest night market in Fongshan. Originally located on Cingnian Road, the market's scale was substantially increased after being moved to its current location . Cingnian Night Market has many delicious delicacies such as cool jelly , Mongolian BBQ and fried chicken. This night market is certainly worth a visit.
* Beside Fongda Restaurant, Boai Road and Rueising Road Block, Fongshan District , Kaohsiung City
* Time : 1830-0100 ( Thursday to Sunday)
* take the train to Fongshan , leave the station and turn left at Boai Road and then walk straight for about 12 minutes.
4. FOODS AT YANCHENG DISTRICT
Yancheng District was the earliest developed area in Kaohsiung City, so food stands and restaurants decades old can be found all around. When visitors walk through the old area of Yancheng, they can look for imported goods in the " Thieves" market where stolen goods were fenced in the past. Visitors can experience a piece of history and take a break at a food stand to enjoy the delicious local food.

5. CIJIN SEAFOOD STREET
Visitors who come to Cijin simply have to try the seafood.Restaurants lining both sides of Miaocian Road near the Cijin Ferry terminal serve fresh seafood at great prices. These restaurants not only provide a fixed menu but also can do customized meals

* Take the ferry to Cijin Ferry Terminal and then walk along Miaocian Road for about 5 minutes. Seafood restaurants are on both sides of the road.
