GILIS (GILI NANGGU, GILI KODEK
& GILI KEDIT)

Gili Trawangan revives all travelers. After a splendid journey to heaven of
Lombok at the 3 grills, this time you will be brought to another group of
gilis. A slight move to the east, you will arrive to the southern part of
Lombok Barat, located in Sekotong. Sekotong is administrated into several districts
( sekotong tengah , sekotong barat and
sekotong timur).
In this place, there is a group of
gilis ( Gili Nanggu , Gili Kedit , Gili Kodek and other Gilis). Each gili is
near one another. We recommend you visit one of them, ie Gili Nanggu . The only
reason to choose this small island is the local infrastructure, supporting facilities,
safeness and comfort for the tourists.
To reach Gili Nanggu , travelers
can take about trip from Lembar Harbor. No public boat service available to
Gili Nanggu since it is a private owned island. The land of 12,5 hectares is
inhabited by all staffs and operator of a cottage. In the location, you will
not find any bustle of people that may disturb your leisure moment.
Gili Nanggu , known as the
Paradise Island, is most visited by foreign travelers ( especially Europeans) .
This small island is set be a forest virgin island that convincingly creates
such a natural impression. White sands cover all surfaces of beaches
